Challenge

The city needed city-centric information for relocation prospects. They were relying on materials from the Chamber of Commerce, but those encompassed the whole county.

Solution

A marketing plan and a multi-media packet to engage their prospects.

Result

After extensive meetings with the client it was clear that they needed a turnkey, custom solution. We developed a marketing plan to address the work flow and products needed for their relocation campaign. The products produced included an auto-responder e-newsletter on request for information, a self-mailer that contains a copy of the book, The Underground Guide to Spartanburg, along with a DVD which features videos we produced.

The center of this multi-media package is the DVD with videos on neighborhood overviews, special events within the city, new business guidelines white paper, along with benefits of relocating to the city. The mailer is built to include other information as needed. The city distributes over 300 of these packets a year.
