The YMCA of Greater Spartanburg wanted a video to highlight their areas of high impact in the community. They wanted to feature the stories of participants and include interviews with volunteers and staff. This will be used to assist their fundraising efforts in the annual campaign. Services provided included directing, shooting, and editing.

Veterans Last Patrol is an organization serving veterans by bringing new friends, honor ceremonies, and emergency assistance to veterans in hospice care. This 3 minute explainer video showcases their events and the people who make it happen. Services provided included directing, shooting, and editing.

The Chappell family wanted to capture and preserve the history and stories surrounding their home built in 1795. This is a preview of the documentary about the property and people in the area of Jenkinsville, SC. This preview was used to raise funds and encourage participation from the extended family and community. Services provided included directing, shooting, and editing.

Service Dogs for Veterans wanted to capture the experience as their veterans go through the eight month-long training process with their new service dogs. This is one example from the beginning of the training. They will use this series on their website, social media and for presentations. Services provided include directing, shooting and editing.

The Art Lounge represents several dozen regional artists in their gallery. They came to us with an idea and were looking for help with execution. They wanted to show the artist behind the work, the person who put the ‘art’ in ‘Art Lounge.’ We developed a concept and they decided to do a series of videos for a year-long social media campaign. This is the first video in the series, which provides an overview of the artists and their work represented in the gallery. Services provided include concept development, directing, shooting and editing.

An example of an artist profile from the series I Am The Art. These 2 minute videos show the artists in their studios as they talk about their work and then we see their final product in the gallery of The Art Lounge. The idea is connect the artist with the work, give the audience a behind-the-scenes look and drive traffic to the gallery. Services provided include concept development, directing, shooting and editing.

The idea was to capture the 40th anniversary of the Assault on Mt. Mitchell and profile some of the participants with a focus on tourists/out-of-area participants. Additionally, Spartanburg was to be shown as the host of the ride and a destination for bicyclists. This shoot involved 4 cameras and aerial footage. We wrote and voiced the script.

Croft State Park has 3 main user groups: horse riders, mountain bikers, and campers/hikers. All 3 were to be highlighted in this overview video of the park and given incentives to visit. We were also to show the close proximity of the park to the city of Spartanburg and show the beauty of the area. This was a multi-day shoot. We partnered with a still photographer who was already contracted with the client to share models, thereby reducing costs and providing consistency across products. We wrote and voiced the script.

The Hope Center for Children needed a video to concisely explain their services and how their new organization grew out of the combination of two former organizations. They plan to use this on their website and in the speaking circuit in the community as an introduction for their speaker. We worked with them on script development, directed the talent, and captured audio and video during this multi-day, multiple location shoot.

Part of the Love Where You Live series for the city of Spartanburg. This series focused on people who live and/or work within the city limits. The idea is to show the uniqueness of the city and have a personable, relatable experience while creating a positive impression of the city. We conducted the interview then captured b-roll to support it. This was part of a year-long project involving a dozen videos and a marketing plan.

The Carolina Panthers hold their Training Camp in Spartanburg. The renewal of the contract was coming due and the Chamber of Commerce wanted to deliver a message to the owners of the Panthers. The Chamber provided contacts within the community for us to interview. On a very tight schedule, we produced this video. The Panthers owners saw the video and shared it with the whole organization, from the players to the coaching staff. The contract was renewed.

When The Cliffs put in a new pro shop, it contained the latest technology, an indoor putting green and was adjacent to a retail shop that could keep the non-golfer of the family occupied for hours. They wanted to capture the excitement of the Grand Opening and show several thousand members who couldn’t be in attendance the latest amenities that awaited them. We shot, edited and produced a made-for-web video which they hosted on their site and distributed via an e-newsletter.

For 2 years, we captured The Writing Show for Hub City Press. This was a live event held monthly that featured industry professionals in a discussion in front of an audience. The entire series is hosted on Hub City Press’s website. This is the promo we produced for the series.

The Spartanburg Convention & Visitors Bureau wanted to showcase the area as a bicycle-friendly community. We helped produce maps of the area for cyclists and this video on trails within the city limits for mountain bikers. We directed the actors and provided video production.

The Spartanburg Convention & Visitors Bureau wanted to showcase their convention facilities in a video for use during trade shows. They needed something that was concise and would work in the loud environment of the trade show, hence the quotes with voice over. They provided contacts for us to interview and allowed us creative freedom in production.

The city of Spartanburg wanted to highlight their recycling services as a benefit of living within the city limits. This fun video delivers the message along with a memorable tag line. We shot and produced the video along with directing the talent.

The city of Spartanburg is proud of their Fire Department. As an internationally accredited organization, the Fire Department provides a tremendous benefit to the city residents, both in terms of safety and insurance savings. This video touches on these points as well as providing an overview of services. This video was chosen to be included in the city’s packet sent to all business and personal household prospects.
